Open House Stat Booth a Success

The Stat Club sponsored a booth at the 2011 Cal Poly Open House.   The main attraction at our booth was a large Plinko board game where anyone could toss the pucks down and get a score, just like The Price Is Right!  Various Statistics majors hung out at the booth for the day, where we helped visitors play Plinko, informed people what the Statistics Club does, ate some candy, and of course talked statistics!  

We met older Statistics alumni, possible future Cal Poly students, and some current faculty and students.   It was a fun day for the Stat Club and a successful Open House!
